blowing off a 10-K filing? shareholders must feel so special on a day like today.
great timing, especially, after filing an 8-K for a 4000:1 reverse split just 2 months ago to the day. what a great start to another and just when you thought it couldn't get any worse.
karma has saying for years, ceo needs to go. this is just another reason why.
