People are still focused on IR-Med and their one product that they’re trying to bring to market. We are not sure how Univec is involved. We speculate that we have a distribution deal which can’t be verified. If we do, we won’t see any revenue until the product is approved, manufactured, ordered and then distributed. Like with EuroMed. Are we IR-Med? Do we have an equity stake in this business? Again this is not the center piece of Univec or Dr Dalton’s dream as described by him.
IR-Med is not the first to market in terms of pressure injury detection. Other devices are on market, manufactured, ordered and distributed. IR-Med has AI technology but being in the medical field I know first hand how hard it is to get a foot hold as a new company in any hospital system or chain in terms of a new devices if there has already been another device being used. Example the Provizio SEM Scanner.

I am looking for the MEAT of Dr Dalton’s operation. The MOTHERLOAD. Where is the Wraparound program and clinics, Telehealth and Amazon. From his many posts. This is the cornerstone of his business.
For now IR-Med is on back burner unless I know how Univec fits in. Unless we hear they started distribution on orders using Univec as a distributor. Or unless I hear that IR-Med launches their products, applies to Uplisf to Nasdaq, merges with Dr Daltons private companies after it reverse merges with Univec, takes Univec’s name and takes us to Nasdaq. All far fetched speculation as most things are with Univec at this time.
