OK, thanks for the feedback. No I am not new to Fidelity. 20+ years. I got a pop-up that said the purchase needed to be made on the penny and it it couldn’t be fractioned or something to that effect. Surprised me. I don’t plan on making any new purchases with Fidelity but if I do, I will call to speak to someone.
