I noticed that as well. Taking a look at the 10-minute interval on the CYDY chart, it appears that every batch of buys were met with an equal or larger sell order. I'm not a conspiracy nut, but it gave the impression that a move up was being blunted. Also, I recall the short volume was about 80% after the announcement.
