"EXCULPATORY...seems to be the word of the day...the defense is trying to cast a wider net...hoping to reduce sentencing...down the road. The SEC and the DOJ have them by the short ones...although OJ got away with murder. The law tries to be absolute,...but it is mercurial, and unpredictable...I know from personal experience.
