The crux of the matter is that Nader had Kazempour file an incomplete BLA while misleading investors by stating it was a complete BLA. Then both selling shares on that false information. That some in the FDA hate us is interesting information for investors but I don't see it relevant to the case. The only way I could see it being relevant is if the BLA was complete but both Nader and Kazempour have admitted it was not. That they both tried to profit even though they screwed everything up, let 'em burn.
