I am BDFR.
All that has been written about today's proceedings was very accurate.
Just a bunch of positioning going on before the actual hearing. I will take notes next time and if my ban from stock twits is lifted by them, will post them.
Judge was competent.
Lawyers were competent and thorough.
Hearing may be delayed.
I don't know how strong KK and NP's cases are but it seems that at the bare minimum, the FDA thought of NP and KK as a mess and at a maximum, there was direction from higher up to make sure anything CYDY submitted was shot down
That is the approach I think the defense will take.
Streubel and the other lady do not look good here, but we already knew that.
