nobody wants to pay the ridiculous price for a sub par building except a snpw with NO $. lol
so, why not lease it and generate income? that's a no brainer. don't you think the building was up to suff enough to find a lessor? can't be anything wrong as you've been promoting to protect the broke-ass snpw that can't rub 2 nickels together after pissing away 100's of thousands on mystery SG&A expenses.
