Just my curiosity why Dr Dalton would say Black History month with a lot of GREEN almost 2 months ago, if some people think that he is waiting on some bill to pass in Government or for IR-Med to start business all the way in the second half of the year, meaning June or after. That doesn’t make sense to me. But everyone has their own guesses and at this time that’s all they are… guesses… nothing confirmed or nothing that will be confirmed most likely not till it’s time to actually start.
