Respectfully, HRI + PPSI are not generating hundreds of millions a year.
If they did they would pay some level of tax, which the PA Department of Taxation have confirmed - they do not.
Aside from the various dissolutions and forfeits, and the deletion of the Privco profile - neither have been registered for a tax license for many years, neither hold a current business license, and neither have filed any revenues in Pennsylvania - they simply file periodic reports to keep the companies legally registered as business entities.
There is no way of contacting them, they use old and defunct address which have been debunked, neither maintain websites, there is no information on any of the corporate media sites, no Crunchbase or Owler profiles, no LinkedIn employees, no Indeed ratings.
The Pennsylvania business registrations are the only factual indications that these businesses even exist.
I personally have a corporate registration which I use for real estate transactions, it's simply a pass-thru entity / holding company which does not require a business license - but I do have to file annual Periodic Reports to keep it registered within the state - it takes 10 minutes, costs $20, and only requires self-confirmation of the principal office address and registered agent information. No financial information, no regulatory detail, and you don't even have to confirm that the entity is actually trading.
Which is very convenient for Dalton.
