I was thinking the 180 day extension letter would make this move up, maybe some people on the sidelines thinking an RS or delist would happen would then buy in. I think we would have to be above $1 by next Wednesday to get the 10 days in by the 30th, which means that any RS announcement would be in the next few trading days. That’s if they know they won’t get an extension. I assume we would get the answer from Nasdaq within the next few days on extension though, if we didn’t have the answer until late next week it would be too late, so I’d look for a form out in the next couple days
