Nobody blaming anybody, whether it ever existed in this country or not the science was intended to be approved by RI-DEM after it did it's final review.

The RI-DEM knew it was near a day care center, college and residential homes when they did it final review yet they STILL INTENDED TO APPROVE THE PROJECT, didn't they?

I guess they deemed it safe for the area selected.

The denial came due to a new law not the failure of the product.

Any issues the citizens had could have been address and rectified if the new law was not in place to kill the project..
