At least in theory, the selling of stock is a SEC matter, not FDA.
But for us this actually good event now because it gives the FDA a reason to say why they didn't take LL seriously during the Pandemic, it gives them an out for not approving a drug that could have saved lives by saying the "Company was a shambles."
Otherwise the loss of life would be criminal. I still can not get over the loss of between 400,000 to 800,000 lives. That's a lot of people.
