I can't think of any reason why the SEC case against NP and KK would have any affect on the Arbitration outcome...criminal vs civil action (criminal to be proven)...however IF Amarex is found to be liable...it could have some profound effect on Naders speech pronouncements...insofar as claims etc...essentially helping to prove...in some cases... He was right after all...possibly reducing the sentencing... really depends on how a lawyer might want to bend it...for benefit.
Diffiicult to call...two totally different cases...same players.
