ohm: If, as you indicate, Regnum was the assigned contract holder when it filed for bankruptcy, that should have authorized CYDY to terminate -- but why then hasn't CYDY published its termination notice?

Regardless of how this shakes out, I still believe that, at worst, this will be a hiccup in the scheme of things.
