The HIV agreement was ultimately assigned to Regnum which appears to be on brink of collapse. Company has not made any required SEC filings, is not trading, and has no apparant personnel. Regnum is incapable of meeting its contractual obligations. Still waiting to see if Regnum is liquidated under bankruptcy proceedings (Vyera/ Phoenixus).
