I think this reservoir would be a good candidate for Hollund, but still think they will start their business outside the U.S. because of tax policies and environmental laws.  However, once they are firmly established, I would hope they will turn to the United States.  The Toledo Bend reservoir is rich with large cedar if memory serves me correctly, and that wood is valuable, durable, and beautiful.  Lots of money to be made.
