The actual company name is Phoenixus AG...and appears to be much larger than I originally stated...I'll follow the trail and report back.

I am concerned that once We become a viable enterprise, they may have renewed interest in any outstanding agreements they may have inherited...due to the musical chairs and the entourage of players they have suceeded. It's a hot mess of lawyers, accountants, security advisers and investment bankers.
