The exact opposite happened. Signing LOIs and PPA with NO $$$ and them publishing press releases as if SPP purchased Alabama property. Them a 10-q clearly uses the term “expired” in August 2023 for one simple reason. But some moron posts the financing for the Alabama property is probably done in January 2023. Then the same moron posts the rest of 2023 that the property is still listed as not available for sale. Then kazi finds out the real deal in September 2023 but some moron keeps insisting the parties are still in discussions 4 months after the PPA expired.
