If Phoenix AG is dropped they'll have to release an 8K. I would expect Cytodyn to give them the boot sometime after the start of the phase 3 trial and before the BLA for immune activation in HIV is filed. With the shell of a company they have there is no way they can fulfill their obligations under the contract.
