If you go to the heat map, the very first entry is CRP. What gets me is that CRP did not move in any of the arms. Placebo, 350 nor 700mg moved CRP. Yes, I know it was only used for 14 weeks or 3.5 months. But our trial is slated for 24 weeks or 6 months. Are we expecting this biomarker to move in the end stages of the trial?
Regarding ENRAGE, which is listed nearly at the top of the Serum Pro-Inflammatory Assessment, clearly shows that it is reduced with leronlimab treatment, so I don't believe there will be an issue proving this.
