It begins Monday but the 1st Q numbers will be done by Monday afternoon because the 1st Q are empty. Remember the 4 day disclosure rule, up until 4 days ago, no merger. Also why would doc make the 1st Q complicated by merging in the last week or two of the quarter, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to do the quarterly financials after a merger and he can't really merge and have to be quiet for that long. The new quiet period is a non issue and empty financials are a non issue.
