Thanks Chiro.. bottom line like I have said before Dalton had to file to go current via SEC new guidelines on OTC stocks .. and technically Dalton is a dark company because he files blank filings
An interesting story on how clueless Dalton is to shareholders
When Dalton use to respond to me I told him all he is a dark company with blank filings I called UNVC a “shell” .. in which he replied .. no it’s not I am OTC current with filings
I use to tell him 97% of all OTC stocks don’t make it and or are scams and for him to boast and talk the talk without doing anything for yeaaaars welllll you get the picture
Dalton has kicked to the curb most of all of the loyal longs…
