Don't see how this applies to SNPW as it relates to a buying rule over the past couple of years. You aware that the stock has declined over 95% and a recent 4k reverse stock split was issued. The buy the cheapies - load the boat - buy the dip etc really seem to have missed the mark relating to the current price. Wouldn't you agree? Can you elaborate how this rule has benefited you here?
