10-K is usually end of March for companies like VERB. There've been some exceptions with Covid, etc. and of course if VERB files a NT 10-K to push it out another 45 days.
I don't expect to see much in the way of revenue since much of the last 6 months was setting the stage. What I was hoping to hear is how they plan to generate revenue (business model) and scale the business/revenue. With today's announcement, we know much of that.
