The 10 k should be reported by mid April, hopefully there is more information for us within that or maybe some kind of shareholder letter or call. Idk what 4th quarter will show but any revenue at all, or revenue guidance for Q1 and/or beyond could get share price over that $1 threshold. Maybe even if they said they used some of the funds raised to lessen or wipe out remaining debt, then we have no debt, just increased OS.
