Re: Biggamejimm #6775
was more concerned about other co-conspirators named in the NY Times article and probably had their names protected in the Federal Complaint as part of a bargaining deal to avoid charges. Other cc's are interesting characters too. Some of the pumpers may even know/knew them? lmao!
Unfortunately, it appears, one person had to take the fall. Limited travel, probation and 125K fine. We must assume that this same wise guy (close friend/business partner) is not getting paid by Snpw for any reason under any circumstances.
but, cc-2 involvement in the scheme probably didn't surprise many.
it appears that most of the scrupulous business ventures are family affairs as well.
no boundaries is not a good sign when you have the same people with major fiduciary obligations with a public company.
back to business! but, there is NO Snpw business so maybe we can discuss that Meldpro (another ceo side company) trying to raise capital to fund its mining. Good Luck with that!!!!! LOL
in my opinion
cheers
