Starting on Page 23 is about hostile takeovers
On page 24 is Anti-Takeover Provisions. Most companies have these and most companies don't have hostile takeovers except in movies. Google and you'll see what I mean.

Outstanding Warrants
If some of those warrants are expiring, I wonder if that can effect the share price positively?
