A great question, let's take them one at a time
Based on the fact the final Judgement was a mere $8,000 dollars.No really a big enough fish to fry to warrant letting any one criminally involved off scot free.
Just like how do we know that after the FBI Agent wrote his report, he discovered the letter wasn't a forgery as first thought hence no chargers were filed against CC2.
The real fact remains is you don't know!
