The most intriguing post ever.
There was a presumed press release floating around, ostensibly from META that they were buying VERB. However there was no substantiation so my thought was that it was a false flag generated by ChatGPT or similar.
So now we have a tender offer, ostensibly.....
Perfect time to "steal" VERB as it is painfully cheap, facing delisting/reverse split and there are no large shareholders/institutions to block a silly low takeover. And there are a lot of frustrated shareholders that would self immolate while accepting $1/share.
Is there a white knight to guarantee a competitive bid??
Of course all the above is pure uninformed speculation but I expect there will be no boredom re VERB in the foreseeable future.
