the "D" will be around for 90 days following the 4000:1 R/S event.
Wouldn't be surprised to see an 8-K relating to some reorganization due to 4000:1 Revers Split. Can anyone imagine the wizard giving the farm (fantasy solar facility) away, just like the Snpw poor credit/Medrecycler/Medi-RI bond deal, just to gets his greedy hands on more cash. Easy to cash in using over 900 million convertible shares that once belonged to loyal shareholders?
What are the odds that excuses will start (after giving away 100's of millions of convertible shares for cash) to arise about not being able to build a solar facility due to the solar market conditions (already happening), or issues with environmental testing, permits etc?
