Thank you for proving that there is something wrong with the property.
Before the property went into contract with SNPW the property was offered for sale for 536 days..
Now if seems the owner, who for 536 days wanted to sell the property is unable to sell the whole property but is forced to try and lease PARTS of the property.
Seems to clearly indicate something is preventing the owner from putting the whole piece up for sale once again doesn't it?
