remember when Drx was posting plant ready by end of 2023?
then realize there's still no funding, no property, no building and no training and would take at least 2 to 2 1/2 years to complete if construction or rehab/retrofit started today. then think about NO alabama incentives and the Dillon, SC property has already experience contamination in its soil. lmao
