I feel like they did this now rather than waiting in hopes that this gets above a dollar, if they waited until above a dollar they’d sell less shares but price could go down because of the offering which would screw the 10 consecutive days.

$900,000 should be what we need for now, once we gain compliance they could do another raise if needed.
