My memory of it ...was that "the Nader"...didn't want the matchup...wanted LL to stand on its own...please correct... if i'm mistaken...
We had some reasonable Mkt Cap at the time...and he wanted a singular mission at efficacy.
What I found notable... was that We had Dr. Jay within our ranks at that time...operating as CMO...and shortly after pulled the pin.
Probably disgusted with Naders opinion on (mis)direction.
