You had me up until.... cramming French fries until they are oozing from my ears. But hey, I bet you just have them with a salad, right? Has anyone in the history of fried foods said 'I'll have a salad with a side of fries'?

But, if we think of them as an occasional indulgence and understand what a single portion of French fries looks like, there's no reason to eliminate them from your diet. And they go great with a salad.
