I got stuck in front of a paywall when tried to check out the peer reviewed paper in NEJM. But was wondering if anyone cares to compare theirs, obviously ph 3, approval, endpoint. no SAEs etc, 1:1:1 x 1000 participants, to our (forgive my lack of descriptors) small study that has shown much better preliminary results?

I guess my question is really about biomarkers, but any respectful data would be appreciated.
