My guess (and it’s only a guess) is that the FDA determined that Nader Pourhassan was engaged in illegal activities (pumping the stock, raising three fingers) and the FDA decided that they would undermine anything he and Cytodyn were engaged in to make sure that he would not be successful. Unfortunately the company, us stock holders, and the many people who could have benefited from Leronlimab were just part of the collateral damage.
