Posner should file this week, otherwise the news will come from the UK approval application or EDEN qualification.
I suspect the company is holding the Annual Meeting until the UK acts and essentially will skip the 2023 meeting if the meeting is near mid-year. It seems like the OTC is so loose on such things that it doesn't matter.
