I initiated a complaint with the SEC in January, after I obtained evidence of the fraudulent "site visit". As the victim who made the complaint, I'm informed that an active investigation is absolutely ongoing. Seven years is a long time for this fraud, there are many, many, things to be investigated so two months is hardly time enough to complete any investigation.
