Everyone seems to assume that the whole company will be bought out. I wonder if one drug, either Prurisol or Kevetrin, could be sold in its entirety while the other drug(s) continue to be developed.

I wouldn't mind taking 35/share as a special dividend for the sale of one drug, while getting to keep my shares in expectation of a similar buyout for the other one.
