Based on what doc tweeted..I don't think he wants or has plans to open at $4.
If he's hinting by using MS and AMZN as examples as IPO's, I suspect we'll be in the ball park of those numbers. ($18-$22) HRI alone will fetch approx $3.00 shr then add in the knowns and unknowns.
