Normy...the guy worked for us FREE... for years...He expressed his opinion clearly...management was $#!T...the drug was efficacious.
I DOUBT that any taint/cloud colored the thinking of the FDA...in dealing with him...Lifting of the holds is evidence of that...the organized effort in clinical development... done in tandem with the FDA is further evidence.
