Doc said this is complex. I am hoping that means he has a way of pulling this off that will be historic and set a new precedent. Having said that, Green Light Posts are beginning to fade like a flower. I think Doc knows that and the annuals MUST be followed by something official. Just my honest opinion. He is smart and calculated. Let's do this already!
