The real killer in the annual and quarterly report is the company answer to the question that is in every report. The question ask is, are there any mergers or acquisitions planned? The company answers is always: NO

There is no reason at all why that can't be answered YES with a brief statement that there are plans being looked at and considered. This would not be a firm commitment by the company nor would it give away any secrets but would give hope to investors that a reverse merger or the like is posable and that our thinking is on the right track.
