Question about this, do we run a risk of not having the cisgender vs. transgender ratios being equal in this the way we had a disproportionate amount of elderly people in CD-12? I would assume that could skew results based on what Dr. JL about the hormones that the transgender women are taking. Or will the CRO (god willing they do their job this time) make sure that there are 15 cisgender people in each the 350, 700, and Placebo as well as 15 transgender in each of them as well?

Also, I trust Dr. JL but I'm having some PTSD...will 90 people make this study "powered" enough to show what we're hoping for?
