On the other issue.
What you posted was an email from a saleman of FoxEss USA that said he saw SPP only listing European model Batteries he did not check further to see if they carried US model batteries.
He didn't pursue looking into SPP any further, because you lied to him, portraying yourself as a buyer and he thought he could steal a sale from SPP..
