What we need to be looking for is a well or wells that have enough pressure in the reservoir to flow naturally. These well require much less maintenance and have better run time. We could put SCADA on them and know what they are doing all the time. They cost a little more but the pay out is much much better. All the operators in the field would have to do is check on them every 2 or 3 days. They pretty much make money all by them selves if we have the correct production equipment.
