You are left with a CIC. Continental Congress, Constitutional Convention and New Articles of Confederation.
You get a non elected appointed President out of the Continental Congress until such time there are new elections.
The last time this happened was 1776 to 1789 a 13 year process.
We are 8 years in at present. That puts us at 2029 just ahead of 2030...for a New Republic and New elected President.
