MGK, Regnum appears almost dead in the water. They have not made any required SEC filings for months. I was waiting to see what happened to Regnum in Phoenixus bankruptcy proceeding. Nothing yet. One thing for sure, Regnum has no capability of being able to perform its contractual obligations without a huge infusion of cash. Cytodyn may be waiting to see if Regnum just fades away. I think Cytodyn has the ability to get out of Regnum contract when time is right.
